Since the beginning of the project in January 2024, all the partners have started to work hard for its success. In particular, the first activities carried out were related to Work Package 2 – Professional Skills Pillar Assessment. This first phase of the project consists of identifying the latest green, digital, and resilience/entrepreneurial (GDE) skills and job profiles.
Erre Quadro worked on it. Erre Quadro started this process by pinpointing key technologies and drivers of change in the SVP field and linking them to the target skills and job profiles. Using Erre Quadro’s NLP and data-mining algorithms, they were able to create a map that enabled highlighting the emerging technologies and the correlated skills/occupations that are missing. In the subsequent phases, these data-driven outputs will be validated through an extensive investigation with farmers and experts.
This will be possible through the expertise provided by partners IFV and Biodistretto.
