On May 18th to 20th, we held the Fifth in-person meeting of VTskills project. It is an important one, as is the last one before the final meeting that will take place in Seville in November 2026. As you may undestand, in this meeting, we had a lot to discuss about! But it was not just work, it was also an occasion to enjoy some time together: the meeting was held in Greve in Chianti, in the heart of Chianti Classico, one of the most famous wine regions in the world.
As Biodostretto del Chianti was our host (thank you!), we had the opportunity to meet farmers from the association. Particularly, we had the occasion to visit Fontodi Organic Vinery, one of the most representative winemakers in Panzano in Chianti Conca d’Oro. In there, we had the occasion to taste their wine and learn more about their production. Not just your classic meeting!
But, aside from the beautiful landscapes, the dinners and the winetasting experiences, what did we talk about? Well, we discussed it on the e-learning platform and the pilot test (which maybe some of you took part in), we evaluated the results of the quality questionnaire submitted to the students, and we determined how to change and correct our learning proposal for the best.
We discussed about demofarms and our e-demofarm experience, what the students can do during the activities, and the challenge that we will lunch for the e-demofarm experience (what is the e-demofarm challenge, you may wonder, well keep reading the newsletters and you’ll know).
