On May 29th, Daniele Sarri and Marco Vieri (Università di Firenze) participated in the field demonstration day at Ente Terre – Tenuta di Cesa organized by Giovanni Sordi.
During the day, technicians and consultants were shown (among other things) innovations in mechanics and spraying for crop pest control, demonstrating how to perform Variable Rate Application spraying, the ISOBUS connection, and the setup of machinery and on-board computers needed to use this technology. Nobili’s ANTIS variable rate sprayer and Dji’s Agras T10 drone were presented as complementary solutions to agriculture’s new environmental sustainability challenges.
