We have reached the halfway point of our project, which started in January 2024. What have we done so far?
We have continued with Work Package 2, identifying the skills, knowledge and capacities that new agricultural entrepreneurs will need for sustainability challenges and the use of new technological tools.
We defined the topics to be covered in our e-learning course, how much attention to give to which topics, how to organise the creation of the material and what material we wanted to bring to our students. We created the lessons, translated the material into the 5 languages of the consortium and started to create the course videos.
We listened to farmers, students, and technicians for their opinions on improving our training offerings, and we made ourselves heard as we presented the project widely.
We have done much, and much remains to be done, but let us not forget.
